We couldn't have asked for more in those games tonight. Just need Leeds and Sunderland to get similar in their games.....

Good results elsewhere. You’d have expected Chelsea and Man Utd to win both those at home so just a point made up there which is a great outcome considering.
Yes, while it was a disappointing result at Arsenal we'll go into 2026 with a nine point gap to our Champions League challengers to fifth place. Unless it was a realistic thought we were going to win the league this year that win at Chelsea last week was always going to be bigger than last night's result.

Yup. Caicedo booked for Chelsea last night as well, meaning he's out of their Man City game at the weekend.

Really, he’s only just come back from suspension hasn’t he?

That was for a red card though, which doesn't expunge your yellow card record.

When do the yellow cards get wiped?  And how many has Rogers for now?

They don't get wiped but the first threshold is cleared.

5 yellows in the first 19 - 1 game ban
10 yellows in 32 - 2 game ban

There's also a 3 game ban for 15 in the season but that rarely happens. EDIT - in fact I can't find anyone who's hit 15 in the last 20 years, a few players have got to 14 though.

I'd be happy for Arsenal and Man City to both keep winning now, taking maximum points from the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea and Man Utd.

Yeah, still haven't forgiven them for their crimes against humanity in 2011.

I assume the Traore who has scored for Burkina Faso is our Bert.

1-0.

Nah, it's a very common name in West Africa. Bert's on the bench. Presumably saving him for next round.
