Yep and Mason Greenwood.

That was one of the reasons I didn’t fancy watching that game, horrible bastard.

Had a bit of an accident in his jockstrap when faced with an angry Tyrone Mings though.

How are Norwich doing so badly in the Championship? Shouldn't they be comfortably heading towards an inevitable and tedious promotion/basically doomed to relegation from the Premier League and already planning for next season depending on whether it's an odd or even year?

The general consensus seems to be that their sporting director (Ben Knapper) screwed up their summer recruitment.

Hope he gets knacked in the first minute.

I hope he plays every minute as he's a massive man baby albatross around their neck.

^^ Thanks Rob. I’ll watch out for him next time I watch Ipswich. I’ve seen them a couple of times this season and he hasn’t stood out (to me anyway).

Edit: just saw his goal from a Philogene cross in last night’s game.

He's only started 5 games so far and has mostly been a sub.

Marseille is a top town with a top vibe, some really rough ultras and one of the most unforgivably employed 'stars' in the game.
Marseille itself is great for a summer trip it's got great history and culture.  But the football club or at least it's current version is eminently dislikeable. De Zerbi is a grade one asshole and his team reflects his personality. Having a woman beating man baby as an icon kind of sums them up.

I have a horrible feeling that scrote is going to be rehabilitated and find his way back into the England reckoning once the World Cup is out of the way.   By the end of the summer, Harry Kane will be 33, Ollie will be 30, and there is no stand-out obvious replacements coming through.  Greenwood will be 24, and his scoring record will (unfortunately) count for a lot.

When Kane's legs start to go, I wouldn't be remotely surprised to see some sort of PR campaign with Greenwood, mea culpas, "I've learned", "I can show young men how to change" etc etc, which sees him slowly welcomed back into the International fold.

Unless Jamaica can win their World Cup play-off and convince him to play for them next summer (fingers crossed).

For Marseille he plays more where Saka plays for England though. And given how much Tuchel seems to love Madueke, plus that's where a lot Palmer's best Chelsea performances have been I think we'll be spared it due to the competition there.

If that were a problem position for England it would be pretty inevitable, I agree.

Marseille's a shithole populated by psychos. I hate it when I have to go there for any reason.
