Arsenal are looking good, but Gyokeres does not appear to be the answer to their centre forward problem.

I agree.

I'd go further, though, and say he's absolutely out of his depth in the PL.

What’s going to be funny come May is when they don’t win the title because they didn’t buy a striker.

Strikers in the Premier League are a very rare breed.

I do think you have to have a very specific all round game to be effective as a striker (like Ollie) or be truly exceptional (like Haaland).

Very few kids want to be centre forwards now, they all want to be wide forwards or number 10s or 8s. It is also the most difficult position to play on the pitch.

Glenavon beat Carrick Rangers 1-0 yesterday. They'd lost their first 11 games, scoring 3 and conceding 23.

Shouldn't Scottish and Irish football be discussed in the non-league thread?

So then - who are we wanting in this game? I'm wanting a 3 all draw, at least 3 sendings off?

Draw or ManU win so as we'll be above Liverpool after the trip to Anfield.

Vomit inducing commentary in the lead up to kickoff.
