For the amount of money they did spend, especially on attackers, you would expect more from them. However £130mil more is going to be introduced soon.

Yes and No. Un-natural position is the first consideration when close range because previously too many players used to jump and make themselves bigger with arms out from their body and then claim the ball was hit and they couldn't react. However refs might still use it for on pitch decisions against handball with VAR probably not overturning them.
