Racism is clearly A Bad Thing. But, unless this is some new instance of which I am unaware, we have employed John Terry, twice, since.

There is nothing wrong with booing the national anthem. No idea why some people think a song celebrating a bunch of inbred murderers should be treated with North Korean-style reverence.
