Good grief.  Is there another club in the country where fans regularly do that?  They seem to have way more of their fair share of idiots in the crowd.  It must embarrass the living shit out of the normal fans.
It doesn't. They absolutely revel in the "look at us aren’t we naughty" aspect.

Objects also thrown at Ref as he left the field . Hope they throw the book at the club .

Pointless.  None of them would be able to read it.

Anthony Gordon just done his hamstring. You would think it would keep him out next week.

Two games in and my Blackpool-supporting friends are wanting Steve Bruce to be the first sacking of the season.

ShefU v Bristol Coty is a decent game. Two great goals so far with Callum O’Hare being excellent for the equaliser. O’Hare is one we let go too cheaply I feel.  Barry is doing okay too in his make or break season.

Yes, he’s started well, seeing plenty of the ball. But they’ve just gone behind while I was posting.

Early days, but so far both of these teams look better than either on display last night. Great goal from Bristol City to go 2-1 up.

More sobbing on the Tyne?

Educated Edward said post match that it might "only" be an ankle problem.

Dundee leading 1-0 at Ibrox.

And Rangers now down to 10 men.

Wonder if they can avoid automatic relegation?

Finished 1-1, but still a poor result at home to Dundee. I wonder if Paddy Power will pay out tomorrow on Celtic being Champions.

First time since 1989 that Rangers have failed to win either of their first two league games. I'm sure Russell Martin will sort it out though.

Our friends at 5Live excel again by describing today's match at Wembley as the "Community Shield Final".
