Kelly has made a difference in quality and as said above Agyemang playing the Duran role.

Yeah, from the start she failed to award clear free kicks and sometimes gave only a free kick when at least a yellow card was needed. She’s now reverted to this behaviour, for example the “tackle” which appears to have done James.
