Ryanair via Dublin would get you from Birmingham International to East Midlands Airport the cheapest, I imagine.

Blimey didn't know about that. I am flying Wizzair BHX to Krakow and then Krakow to EMA.

I wouldn't risk flying through Dublin these days. Probably best if you look for flights to Istanbul elsewhere.
