Forest are currently scheduled to play away to Chelsea on Monday, May 4 with the second leg of the semi-final three days later.

So they could presumably ask for it to be moved to the Sunday (like our Spurs game), but they might actually prefer the extra day of rest / prep between Thursday - Monday if they're more interested in avoiding relegation than a European final.

We want Spurs to beat Brighton and Wolves. And West Ham to win. And Leeds to win.

In 2024 a team owned by Evangelos Marinakis went through four different managers in a season and faced Aston Villa in a European semi-final.

Really not sure how I feel about getting Forest. On the one hand, they're shit and you'd gladly draw them in a domestic cup semi. On the other, it feels like we've operated on a higher plane in Europe this season and I worry that playing an English team will drag us down. No doubt I'm overthinking it.

They're a much better team with a fully fit thug up front, too. We are favourites but will be difficult and I always worry about Villa's innate ability to fuck it up under pressure. We were favourites against Olympiacos and Palace, too. Hopefully Villa Park makes the difference.

I think it will so it makes me more confident of progression. They will throw the table and chairs at us by the Trent but come away with a decent result and regardless of the fact that it's an English team, the old ground will be bouncing. I'll be leaving the car at home that night.

Palace are just Palace, our Kryptonite. Olympiakos was part bottle job, part 0 control or structure to the game and part donkey brains Olsen being flat footed, slow to come off his line and terrible balance.

Olympiacos was because we had jist enough gas in the tank for about 5 minutes against Liverpool and nothing else for the month of May to share.

If you are talking about Wood, he went off last night with a knee injury sustained from the Bednerek challenge. He might be back for our games or even the weekend but he might not.

If I were Forest I’d be pretty worried about playing us. We’re a bloody good side.

If we make the final, will they put big screens in Villa Park for the game ?
