Any discount codes before I book a flight to Bologna? (Wink)
Not this time. Sorry. Booked with BA from Heathrow out Sunday back Friday. Looks a decent place for a visit and Florence or Rimini an easy trip on the train for a day.

Lyon and Roma out. Nice. Weren't they second and third favourites?

Semi-final's a problem either way, but other than that...we have a big, big chance here.

Also out.

Good to see that Forest don't have any rest advantage when we play them in the league after Easter. Both us and them will have played our away legs on the Thursday before so I assume the league game between the two sides will be on the following Sunday at 2pm.

I went to Bologna a few years ago. It's a nice enough town for a couple of days and the ground was a typical open Italian bowl although it's probably been updated since.

I went last season and I doubt it has changed much.  Still a massive soviet style bowl.

Didn't Platt score his over the shoulder wonder goal there?

Anyone got any info as to Bologna away allocation? I’ve had a sniff online and it seems it’s usually about 2500 but I can’t see any info re European games.

£77 to see us play a very average Bologna side (it's my fault if we go out) at home for the third time in about 18 months is an interesting choice.

Even though we haven't come close to filling the ground in any of our Europa league matches.  This is why I'm personally not fussed about the Champs league, I've been to most of our home games over 45 years but was priced out of all of those games last season (Bayern et al), and that still rankles.

Yeah, that's gonna be a sub-35k crowd.

Those prices are ridiculous. Surely a full house supporting the team is the priority.

Very poor from Villa over ticket prices. Who is making these decisions. We need a full stadium. An extra £10 means nothing to the club, but a lot to supporters. So annoyed..

Yeah, at a minimum, prices should have been left as they were for earlier rounds.

It does seem a bit steep to me. If the QF had been the same price as last night then fair enough but it feels more like a semi final price. I think they’ve got the European pricing about £10 too dear for all games so far.
