Anyone booking Eurostar use the code FEB2026PAYDAY for 30% off fares.

Bugger. Booked before looking here ! Schoolboy error.

Same. But the rate it was going up compared to when I checked yesterday, it might balance out.

Flew to CDG last time and not done EuroStar before- whats it like?

Not much use finishing second - seem to have a pretty tough route

The guaranteed second legs at home is massive though

I like it. Easy check in - all security done at the point of departure so straight off the other end. The waiting area can get crowded but there's shops and bars. We're going Monday and carrying on to Brussels for a few days - the missus wants to go to Antwerp as we spent time in Lille last time. Will get a train back from there on match day and just have the one night in Lille.

What do you have to do to qualify for the Conference League in Italy? Have been sponsored by Nintendo?

Sorry for the duff info if that's the case. I got it in an email yesterday. Maybe it's because I'm a previous user ?

Depends on why you think it would be easier if we finished 8th or 24th instead of 2nd.

Yeah what Lsvilla said, we love it.  My daughter lives in Paris so we go over 3 or 4 times a year on it, we can be at St. Pancras in 50 mins from home, so it is great for us.  They often have £39 one way fares so we find them and go (sadly not for this game though!!)  You can take beers and food on as well, no restrictions on liquids at security.  It's very relaxing vs flying.  And one stop on the tube from Euston coming down from Brum (or you can walk, it's only about ten mins max)  I think you'll like it!!

Tip for the return train, change your seat booking for the furthest forward carriage (lowest numbered) that you can to avoid a long walk at St. Pancras - also works for Paris (highest number) but don't know about Lille station as never stopped there.
