I like it- looks good with blue shorts and socks- I’ll probably remortgage the house and buy a long sleeved version of the shirt. Hope the away kit is a reversal of the design with light blue shirt and claret shorts and socks

We’re past the point where being a wrong un (in cd’s perception) is a virtue.

Like the retro shirt.

La Liga had a retro kit gameweek last season where all clubs (except two - guess) sold one off kits for charity.

Strikes me as a great idea. Do it twice season, home and away, it would raise a truck load of cash for a deserving cause and its an opportunity to shine the spotlight on interesting periods in each club’s history.

Adidas etc were happy too as they sold an extra shirt, even if they did make the logos less obvious.

Can someone make this happen please?
Yes please!

It's not my favourite, but it is better than any of the Castores and the Luke one.

I assume the one being shown is the authentic based on the stripes?

I hope the sponsor deal is sorted soon. Not because I want to be a walking billboard, but because the club need the pennies to pay for moustache wax and penny dreadfuls.

I seen the exactly kit on  a dodgy website  ( £15 for the shirt )  about 5 days ago.

No idea how these people get to see the kit before us lot and get them made so quick before we can buy them official ..  Must be someone getting backhanders ...

50/50 on it myself , prefer blue sleeves but the  sponsor might help but at least its not identical as the last two seasons.   Win the league and it will be iconic ..

Can we close this thread please? It's playing merry havoc with my brain having two kits threads :-)

Meh! (as the kids say)

The new kit is wrong on so many levels.

The supply chain for these will be pretty big, so I'd imagine there have been a hundred-plus people who've seen this shirt in the weeks (possibly months) before release.  Secrecy is big, obviously, but there is no way these things get onto a factory floor for production without a fair number of minimum wage workers getting a good look at it, and then being tempted by offers from dodgy producers for a copy.

Really not sure about it to be honest, especially with the blue shorts.
