How is the fella on the pics on the previous page managing to stick his finger through the middle of the shirt?

I dont like the logo being in the middle on any shirt. But I suppose I'm not going to buy one any road.

He isn't, he's holding the bottom of the shirt, just in a way that looks weird.

Black one is a bit too Manure / Brian McClair for my liking.

I only ever buy the kit for my kids to wear. They’d look fooking brilliant wandering down Beckenham high street, one in claret, one in blue and one in black.

I suspect the internet is getting our hopes up with the Audi thing but , if not, you can put me on the list twice. Love them.

Logo in the middle only works if the crest is beneath it as well

Why are people excited about a sponsor?

Moolah and prestige.

Yanited had Chevrolet, Audi would be a step up whist we wait for Aston Martin to come to the table..

I get the money thing. I just don't see it as being any more prestigious one way or the other. If money were no object would rather promote a local firm than a multinational.

I get it, that's why you preferred the Luke shirts to the Adidas ones.

I think the rings logo looks classy. I’ve never heard of most of our sponsors over the last decade or so. I can’t even remember some of them.

Audi would be way better than the shit gambling guff we've had for years. Although so would most sponsors.

I'd rather we didn't sully our shirt with any company's name.  But since that's part and parcel of the game, I don't really give a shit who gives us money as long as they're not morally reprehensible (like a gambling company).

That said, the Audi rings on it look less obnoxious than most names we've had.  Acorns was alright, and I thought Cows was funny.

If we are pearl-clutching about gambling, cars are likely to do far more damage to the planet.

Not liking gambling as a sponsor is hardly pearl-clutching. And I say that as someone that used to make a decent side sum from gambling. I'd be perfectly happy for gambling advertising to go the same way that tobacco advertising went and even though I smoked I was happy to see that go.

Yeah, but I don't know anyone who lost the housekeeping money because a company exploited his addiction to cars.
