Adidas losra court case a while back where they tried to copyright the three stripes.

So I think O'Neills can do what they want.

O'Neills can use the three stripes within the Republic of Ireland, but is restricted from doing so elsewhere due to Adidas's global trademark. I think they often use two stripes for UK teams.

Went into the club shop before the Arsenal game, with a view to picking up one of the away shirts (*not bought any of this season's gear).

Picked it up and put it straight back on the rail - What's with the material quality?! Both the black and white away kits feel really cheap in comparison to last seasons' shirts.... to the point where they feel like Far East knock-offs!

Think I'll stick with last season's!   🫤

Probably a good thing and hopefully makes a (minor) difference to new SCR rules. New Era are pretty well regarded in the states and include many "super league" clubs amongst their roster.
