Liked the video, but why are there no women players in it?

I reckon the model has spent a lot of time in the last few days attaching flags to lampposts.

Might get a GK shirt for the first time

Same here. I think they’re stunning! Well done, Villa and Adidas.

The more that i see that 3rd shirt the more i want to puke - no link to Villa in any way

Apart from the badge, the lion, and the stained glass windows that are part of the design, but yes, other than that, no link.

Like the 3rd kit, the goalie shirts are ace, and like the video.

Can't wait for Betano to fuck off so that I might actually buy one of the things.

Its a Villa shirt so would expect a Lion and a Badge FFS

Stained glass?  All i can see (with crap eyesight to be honest) is a series of purple blobs on an off white shirt - the arm stripes look awful as the same colour as the blobs, only darker and more pronounced.
There is no reference to our colours at all - last years 3rd kit was excellent and leaned towards our Scottish roots and was clean and smart.
The green and black one (Grealish wore) was akin to the iconic Guy Whittingham away shirt of yesteryear.

This looks like random bluey purple baby sick after winding accident
Each to their own i suppose

Am i allowed to hate it?

The top Barry and Unai wear is total class and i like the music to the video - but the actual video - if it was anyone else we would be laughing

A 3rd kit can be any colour really. You know the score with the home one so I would want something that breaks the mould every year.

At first I thought it resembled a shirt I used to mop up puke after a night of downing southern comforts in Snobs circa 1988

Now I quite like it. The keeper tops are a thing of beauty though & I'll be getting one of each.

Why is Barry appearing in a shirt launch video now? Does it point to any further involvement? Or is it just because he was a former player (who didn't leave under the best of circumstances)?

That made me laugh. Lots of lols. I'm not one for wearing kits but this particular shirt is very popular. My grandson who's six years old has asked his mom for one and of course grandads on the case. I've been trying for ages to get him interested in the Villa but his dad's a blue nose albeit a very half arsed one. Can't wait to see the little un wearing it. Apparently all the kids in his class want one. His school is in Kingshurst.
