Always have this sense of trepidation going to Ratcliffe's Rat Infested Area,
Spurs winning midweek is the lesser of 2 evils. Neither team deserve CL football nor the cash it brings next year - they'll both spend it on shit whilst one of the current top 7 could use that same cash to build & challenge the Sky Six. A wounded Yantied should add to the comedy with nothing at all resting on the game for us.

Spurs have the psr AND wages leeway anyway for their spending. Whilst Manure might be hit with the wages uptick of CL membership like with Rashford, we don't know how much that is and how many players are affected. We do know that they are getting significantly less revenue though from all their sponsors.
Annoying that even under Unai we have a poor record against them. 4 points from 15.
Well, Emery has certainly broken the odd record already since he’s been here.Sometimes, you just have to out and get the job done.

Qualifying for the Europa League isn't a failure (& winnable), but now we've had the taste of CL & the calibre of players we have attracted as a consequence, it has to be our target whilst not in our hands, as Unai has stated on several occasions.

Had a look on a Man U forum, and already seen a couple of posts expressing a desire not to help out Man City, Newcastle, or Chelsea by beating us.
No recollection of Stuart Ritchie either but I do remember Phil Robinson, he was in the same sort of class as Dean Glover, Paul Kerr, Darren Bradley et all. They never looked like they thought they deserved to be playing, and they were right.
