Good win, great defensive performance, restricted them to very little to be fair.  Guaranteed European football now.  Bournemouth can fuck off, cheating horrible side who fooled the dickhead of a Referee.  Lovely goal, hard working effort, we didn't play that well but deserved the win.  Get in there!!

You can't react like that if you're Ramsey, though. It was a needless, daft first booking.

Their guy should have been sent off for the professional foul.  Absolutely no intention to play the ball.  Ramsey did react though.

Superb 3 points. Tough but we did it - so valuable at this time of the season. UTV.

Im exhausted    now.

That bournemth effort at the end , blimey , martinez and then cash , both was brilliant today.

Onana was really good too , congrats to Ollie , he looked bloody happy at the end .

Rogers was poor but has a habit of getting assists even when poor.

JJ was good to be honest , very harsh for that when  Semenyo got no yellow for his foul.

They was dirty and the ref was bloody terrible.

Amazing result to be honest , so relieved for 3 pts and the Villa keep our season going.

Ramsey was manhandled all game, the Ref let them get away with it, a very dirty side.

Great result & performance from everyone. I'm as critical of him as anyone but Cash was great, again. Rogers is running on empty.

Attwell is fucking useless.

Commanding performance. Reminded me of the Arsenal Invincibles.

Well done lads.

Cash motm. Immense performance
Agree, best game I have seen him play.
Special mention for Onana and Kamara , held the midfield under constant pressure.

That's a total team performance.

Backs to the wall stuff at times and a great win despite one of the most abysmal refereeing performances  all season.

And his  reward, - Stuart Twatwell is in charge of the Cup Final next week.

Be afraid, very afraid.

No skin of my chin. Reds all round for me if he wants as I think they will apply to their last games.

Dream scenario?

Spuds play their kids next Friday and we stuff them.

Spuds then tonk Scum on Wednesday, several on both sides injured

Yanited so demoralised, we run up a cricket score at Mould Trafford last match of the season.

Excellent result. Ironic how we are finishing the season pretty good defensively when it's been our achilles heal a lot of the season.
18 wins and 63 pts equals 1995-96 - and we've still got two games to go. It's crazy to think we could actually overtake last.seasons points tally and still miss out on the top five but it's now three straight seasons of 18+ league wins and the 60 points barrier bring broken which is excellent consistency for this club and a decent record for Unai. Let's batter Spurs now.

For me, that was the most difficult of our remaining fixtures.

Is that 7 of the last 8 won now? We have found form - and defensive resilience (please, for the love of God, no 'statistically this is the best defence in the world' back and forth here) - exactly when we needed it.

What a job this manager is doing.

Steady on! We barely troubled them in the second half. Was hardly Henry, Pires and Ljunberg playing sexy football.

Truly dreadful ref, some fabulous performances throughout the pitch. Maatsen a good shout for left mid next week, Rogers as number 10 and SJM on the right....

Anyway, superb and come on Leicester!
