A good setting for Ollie to take Gabby's record.

As much a Mings is a better defender than Pau, also remember that he came back from a very serious injury far sooner than he shoud have and he's stated that in public. So the club are managing his time as best as possible. Yes this is a very important game but it's not like Pau is shit.

It's our biggest game of the season against physical opponents. Our next game is a week away. Nowt to do with managing minutes.

Morgz and Ramz said in their Sky Sports interview last week that Pau and Bouba are the only two players in the squad who Emery never criticises.

I've got a feeling Malen is going to be the hero today.

Isn't it PL goals though?

Rashford is a big miss, I would have gone with Mings for his leadership in a massive game.

Much less confident with Pau instead of Mings. I know Unai’s attitude is to play our game and not worry about the opposition but as some point you need to be pragmatic and accept certain opponents require special attention, especially one that’s battered you consistently in recent games.

Am I right that we have never lost to them in the FA Cup?

This is a game for Mings, not Torres.

He’s a lovely footballer, no argument at all. But the difference in clean sheets and goals conceded between Konsa/Mings and Konsa/Pau since Emery came in is pretty stark.
