I'm a bit concerned about Palace's forward line rather than the team itself. Sarr always seem to turn into Messi against us but judging by a few of their recent results, their back line can be got at. They got roasted by Newcastle on the flanks. I'd play Malen and Rashford for this one.

At least Unai wont set it up like Palace away .

I dreamed a while ago that we would face Forest in the final and win 2-1.

I have my lucky boxers, my lucky shirt (Watched all TV games - Spurs i was in Tenerife- in my 150 black shirt and bought it the night of the WH game) and i have everything crossed.

We are man for man better than them , squad better than theirs and Emery surely can out wit Glasner (although i know that sounds twattish considering recent results)

WE just have to win this - get into the final then they can play with zero stress and pressure to win the last 4 games and see where it leaves us

Come on you Villa Boys

Players arriving in Retro shirts

Not sure I'd have gone with the 1992 quarter-final shirt and the 2000 FA Cup final shirt. At least Bailey wore the away shirt from 1996 rather than the one we wore in the semi-final.

Doubt they would have had the same association with those shirts that we do. At least when they've had a retro day they've gone with Villa shirts. As opposed to Brentford the other week.

I presume they were just wearing the shirt that the PR admin told them to put on, just round the corner from camera shot!

Unai confirms everyone available for tomorrow (except Disasi I assume as cup tied). Difficult to predict the starting team although I think Mings and Watkins will be picked.

2 1 to us AET.

Ooh I forgot Disasi is cup-tied, that's good news!

Mings, Watkins and McGinn nailed on I should think because they were rested.

My guess

Martinez
Cash
Digne
Mings
Konsa
Tielemans
Kamara
McGinn
Ramsey
Rogers
Watkins

Maatsen may be in with a shout.

Probs this, with Asensio, Rashford, Malen, Maatsen (if he doesn’t start), Onana, as potential
Game changers if needed.
I actually feel a bit sick

I've been staying/working in West London this West so no early start or long drive for once to I get to the game. Getting excited and nervous already..
