Another one down to Emery.

Certainly get the impression its not a happy camp at the moment.  Watkins was pretty blunt after Saturday about not starting against PSG.  Emery seems to be pissing off a few of these players at the moment.
Yep QFs of the champions league, SFs of the FA Cup, still with a chance of qualifying for champions league for the second year in a row. These players have never had it so bad.

JFC, whats wrong with some people.
I think we should fuck him off I'm sick only making QF & SF in Europe only making top 5 and a possible FA cup win. Tony Mowbray is available.
Why not accept that sometimes he is not perfect?
It’s not a personal attack against you when people question the manager’s decisions.
Why were you not on here on Saturday saying another one down to Emery?

I'm down to 19/20 Villa now. I couldn't care less what they rest do. I have no idea who they're playing or anything. See what happens.

I think it's 60 odd years since we last did the double over this lot.

Top 5 gone i think now.  Ludicrous given how poor we are in defence that Emery decides to be clever and try and nick a point.  Even if we win every game now it almost certainly won't be enough.  Dreadful mentality from manager to players tonight.

If we win all 4 we will get 5th. It’s definitely doable and maybe having to go out and win suits us. Why anyone would give up now is beyond me.

I haven't given up, but statistically we've just put ourselves back an absolute mile. We need to win all four and 69 points could quite easily not be enough.

69 = Man City two wins and two draws from four, Forest three wins from five, Newcastle three wins and a draw from five and Chelsea  four wins and a loss from five. Only three of those need to happen and we are done even if we max out. If we don't max out increase the headroom accordingly. Odds are now long...hence why I'm still raging at whatever the fuck that was.

Chelsea have to play Liverpool, Newcastle and Forest.

Yep, I know. Whichever way you cut those results Newcastle and Forest can still finish on more than 69 points. Man City will.

Just got on the train back to Rochdale. Shambolic performance.  Never pressed their ancient midfield, just allowed them to pick their passes. Rashford spent the time he was on looking disinterested and never thought to pressurise their back 4 when they had the ball. Looked like too many were scared of getting injured and missing the Wembley game. Champions League looking unlikely.

I'm down to 1920 Villa now.

I could get on board with that, we won the FA Cup that year.

Not sure Dave Woodhall will enjoy the league season, though.

I think it's done tbh. Europa league for us next season. Still it would be nice to win that and the Prem.

He does tend to leave Rogers on a lot and he'd been booked as well. His subs overall do have the next game in mind i think but all managers are prone to a lapse now and again.

This has really confused me. I'm probably tired.

I believe he means that we were down and out, before getting the results in the last 4 games that we needed.

If you get your enjoyment by attacking Villa fans, I can not help you.
