I really don’t rate Torres. Disasi was needed at the time but we should send him back now. Emi, cut out the errors please. Late goals always feel worse.

Disasi man, just wipe him out. That's the problem though if you play for a draw. We had way more in us but I feel our previous record here played a massive part.

Win on Saturday and I couldn't give a fuck about tonight.

It is disappointing as win on Saturday and we'll probably be getting them in a few weeks and we've given them a mental edge now with that late winner. They'll also have Haaland back in May to tap in the crosses that McAtee was miskicking.

Bad fear we're going to go into ultra conservative mode in the FA Cup now when to win it we need to continue being on the front foot like v PSG and Newcastle.

That's the way we win a trophy with this squad imo, not low risk and playing not to get beat. We tried that in 2000 and have rued it for decades.

11 goals conceded in the 90th+ minute this season isn’t good enough by far.

We don’t defend anywhere near as well without Mings. Desasi is a 4th choice centre back - surely Unai gets this now.

No Mings in defence or on the bench is not good. We're much stronger at the back with Tyrone in there. Any reason why he wasn't at least on the bench? Torres isn't a strong centre-back. Good passer, that's all.

I didn't think either side deserved to win that to be honest. Baffled by the Disasi sub and Asencio didn't do a great deal either. It definitely needed McGinn on when he did and both Ollie and Malen towards the end.

It's not over.

Sadly then, as it panned out, the highlight of my day actually was assembling two pieces of flat pack furniture this afternoon.

Why do we play so differently away from home? It's like we're happy to concede possession & hope we snatch something. We / Unai wasn't brave enough & we got what we deserved.

We won't play a weaker Man City again for a long time. That's not a point lost, it's 3.

Rogers cannot play on the right.

Far to much respect from minute one. Uni got that so wrong tonight. City are very poor and yet we were so fucking passive. At no stage did we dominate or impose ourselves. So so disappointing after the efforts of PSG and Newcastle. Massive pressure on Sat now and the team will be very low.

Is that a genuine stat? That seems facking awful if true. Off the top of my head I can only really remember Bournemouth and tonight.

Konsa is not the same quality without Mings next to him, organising him. Torres and Konsa have a habit of disappearing when crosses come in.

We played like Villa of old, passive and fearful. Annoying as I think our 11 was better than theirs and they can be got at.

Absolute shite, rope a dope tactics. Then Desasi at right back when it was pretty obvious that Doku was going to be there get out of jail card.
Remi Martinez best in the world your having a laugh.

We must be up to around 20 first shot on target goals conceded which is bonkers.

I guess by the time Disasi came on Villa  were settling for a point.
