There's a reason why Chelsea let Axel Disasi join a Champions League rival. It's because he is and will always be a terrible defender.

The fans seems to say he is decent a CB but not fist choice  and an awful RB.

Very surprised Maatsen never got a run out.
Very poor use of a strong bench in other areas too.

Man city was there, for the taking...   but we respected a team who are not as good as PSG or Newcastle....    very odd.

We were away though, those games were at VP. We're always meek as fuck at the Emptihad.

Same issues that have haunted us all season - concede from the first shot, concede late.

No excuse there - as we had fresh legs on.  Dasiri is not a right back - no point in bring on a right back who is less solid than cash and offers less going forward.

Morgan should have been off sooner looked dead.  A bit like PSG away nearly an acceptable result - but might now be a mountain too far.  Still 6th and the FA cup wouldnt be bad.

I just fucking hate Man City - they should have been renamed once they were taken over because there a souless vessel of a club.

Bad day - but 6 more wins and wont end up a bad season.

They better wake up for Saturday or our season will peter out completely.
It's not over but a point and that game out of the way would of been a great result after 2 massive performances in a week.

Fa cup and Europa will be a fine season

The changes should have come at least 20 minutes earlier. Very poor in-game managerment this time.

Very poor team selection. Man City were there for the taking and we set up for a point.

Definitely a disappointment. There are still games to play and a cup semi on Saturday. Onwards and upwards!

That's Champions league gone for the season.
I don't think we did a lot wrong, Rogers was dead on his feet.
Disasi isn't a mobile right back so find that sub baffling.

Europa league winners 2026 anybody?

It's not gone at all.

Technically no, but losing games like this has a massive effect backed onto our recent run of games, Villa are once again beatable, turn this around, imagine had we have beaten Man City tonight backed onto the recent wins, wow! opposition wouldn't want to even come out the dressing room and face us.

Does it too much away sometimes. I thought the starting lineup was decent and very PSG second leg orientated. Probably would have left the wings a bit exposed but should have won CM. However we seemed to be too cautious and the passing was atrocious sometimes.
