Last 11 games in all competitions.

P 11,  W 10,  D 0,  L 1,   F 28,   A 8,

The 'A' is impressive in recent week. Kamara coming back has got tb be a key factor. Too many conceded this season Nov to Feb.

Mings is the main factor. At least 5 of those conceded when he wasn’t playing. But I might have mentioned that Konsa/Mings is our best CB partnership once or twice before.

Although at least five was also against a very very good attacking team, probably the best team we have played against under Emery. And four of those might not have been stopped even with Mings on the pitch.

Debatable as Mings has no equal as a leader and organiser of our defence, but regardless, a much larger sample size of the Konsa/Mings partnership exists and reinforces their superiority.

But this , but that etc .
We are infinitely better with Mings leading the backline . The stats do not lie.

True, but a much larger sample size of the Konsa/Mings partnership exists and reinforces their superiority.

It does. But just using those posted stats the PSG games sway it massively in favour of Mings over Torres when two of Mings games also were against Cardiff and PNE. Will be interesting who plays against Citeh.

I edited that post to highlight Mings’ leadership and organisational qualities.

We could have had prime McGrath and PSG would have still twatted us in Paris. Sometimes you don't play bad and make mistakes, a very good team just plays far better than you on the day.

"But this, but that" is your favourite thing to do isn't it? You were doing it for both PSG games when only one might have been stopped with Mings at the back.

It’s possible that as Mings makes us better defensively in all the other competitions, it might translate into the CL as well.

As can be easily verified, even Carlos/Pau was better partnership than Konsa/Pau.

Nah. We got it wrong over there . Showed way too much respect and space . Basically we did not play well on the night .
