Well potentially on that last point. But I’m assuming he wants Konsa in the centre and then it’s Disasi or Cash at RB and I know the best option there, as evidenced very clearly last week.

Was it that clear? Cash was booked after four fouls in the first fifteen minutes. I don’t think he’d have lasted much longer.

The fourth was evidently both entirely necessary and entirely not his fault. Axel had an absolute disaster.

If anyone knows how to set up the team for this it’s Unai . No point being gung ho and out of the tie after half an hour .

Get on your knees , and hail Emery of the Villa ! It’s going to be one of those nights , I can feel it .

***unrolls prayer mat and summons the spirit of 82***

If we get through tonight I will go to church on Easter Sunday for the first time since I was a teenager.

No chance Rashford scores and the defence will concede loads.

Keep it tight for an hour, unleash Ollie and Asensio, score 3 and smash the granny out of them.

Isn’t the Prime coverage just a million times better than the others? Normally I have pre-match on in the background until they’re just about to come out/listen to Unai’s comments but I’m actually watching it.

I know we say it every week but now that the full squad is fit, that must be the strongest bench we've ever had.

It’s a dilemma alright. Mings/Konsa is easily our best CB partnership, while Konsa is easily our best RB (defensively).  We’ve avoided both of those strengths here.

So impressive that the co presenter actually speaks to the French players in French.

Got to, got to, got to disrupt their midfield and get into Fabien and Vitinha.

I think because his uncle was more associated with the Other Lot.

If we’re going to beat their press we need our best passing centre back. So it’s swings and roundabouts.
