Villa 0-0 at HT is a safe bet these days.

1 minutes added, after 3 trying to find a reason to not give us the penalty.

Meanwhile, Rogers having one of those games so far where nothing sticks and he is mostly anonymous.

He quite often has a great 2nd half in games like this though.

Reverse psychology, that's why I was saying it ;-)

Need Malen and Watkins on at the start of second half.

i will never understand why they changed the rules so a Warwickshire ref could ref a Warwickshire team.

These officials need to go to A&E at HT to check for MND symptoms. Totally inept.

Literally didn’t realise he was playing until I seen him in the defensive wall on Brightons free kick 5 minutes from the end.

Bit of a yawnfest to be honest. JJ has been poor, McGinn and Rogers anonymous. Hope this is our 'patient' tactic and we wake up a bit in the second half.

Cast-iron pen though for us denied by the wanker VAR official.

Both our centre backs are struggling. Midfield getting a bit of a chasing in all honesty but Emery hasn't helped matters with an idiotic decision to play Rogers on the right. Such an obvious swap with McGinn and shouldn't be waiting until half time to do it.

Funny one, they have been the better team no doubt but we had a blatant peno not given after great play from Ramsey, great forward play from Rashford for our other chance. He had the hard work done but no composure in the shot.

Loads of options to change things but McGinn/Rogers swapping should be first.

Why did the ref cede the pen decision to var? He was as near the foul as anybody

Atwell has been an awful referee for 15+ years now, get him tf out of this league.

Worst decision I have seen all season in any game. VAR doesn't work, it just a second opportunity to make the wrong call.

Having said that we haven't been great, SJM never works that high up the pitch and Rogers is lost.
