Thought Ramsey had a great game I'd give him MOTM but can see where the vote for Rashford comes from. Mings was also superb some of his passing was brilliant that one through ball in the 1st half to Rogers .
Watkins was the only downside , cannot miss chances like those and will be costly against better opponents.

Job done, professional performance and off to Wembley.

I’d forgotten just how long the walk back to the station is afterwards.

Anyway, great afternoon and great stuff from Unai and the team.

First time ever in Villa history that 3 goal scorers have had the first two letters of their surname as RA.

This. I was a bit cheesed off before we scored, thought we were too passive and expecting to turn up and win but after the goal it was one way traffic.

Bit like the Bruges second leg, quiet first half, 10 minutes of pure excellence then relax for the last 20 minutes.

Just like Cardiff a very comfortable win in the end.

We will need to play better in SF but let's see what the draw brings.

Today shows we have the squad to do well in two of the three competitions we're in.

Which one are we gonna do crap in?

Seems everybody had a great day out

They showed one Villa fan who wished he would have had sunscreen.

Is that Bad English ?

One man Boubakar Kamara stood head and shoulders about all else.
A very happy Eid day for that man.

Ramsey for me.

Very good 2nd half not really on it in the 1st by his own admission I’ll add. Kamara was my MOM. He just glides around the pitch. It’s got to the stage now that I don’t want him to score as I fear it might break the spell he has over the middle of the park.

There wasn't last night either. I doubt it's worth it for 2 games on free TV that can be watched whenever for weeks, as can highlights of all games on Youtube, ITV and BBC.
