Gonna be honest, I'm pretty bored. We're midtable this season and it has been clear since about December.

All about the cups.

Not a bad away performance, so far. We were never going to win this one five-nil. Hopefully we can sneak in a chance.

Well, I thought that was a fine first-half performance. Just needed Bailey and Watkins to be sharper.

Lacking pace. Which is on the bench.

Is Olsen the worst keeper the Villa have ever had? I'm 55, and can't think of another who was worse. Nylan was bad, but he redeemed himself with his sneaky little manoeuvre v Sheff United.

I stand to be corrected, by some older supporters.

Bunn(y) and Kalinic were worse. Nyland was dreadful too.

Not a huge talking point from an uneventful 45 mins, but wtf was that offside decision against Disasi in their box, when he so obviously stepped away from the play? I just don't understand offside any more.

Strong at the back. Decent midfield. Powder-puff up front.

Agreed.  Just need a little more quality in the final third.

Bailey, another tremendous no show.  Seriously, what's the point of him.  Generally played ok as a team and on top without looking really dangerous.  I do wish Tielemans or SJM would pull the trigger on occasion though.

We are dominant but can't finish, we are looking at them getting one then hanging on. Bailey is shit.

I’d say Tielemans and Ramsey have been our best players first half.
Mings and Konsa looking strong, McGinn and Rogers average.
Bailey absolutely needs hooking for Malen, maybe Garcia on for Disasi too.
