He looks like he's developed physically since his last cameo appearance, and he clearly has the confidence to try things. I liked his movement into space last night, as well as the coolness of the finish.

I'm so pleased for Jam, he's a fabulous lad who is very grounded, always a smile on his face and a 'twinkle' in his eye.
I as at the Villa v Albion u21 game pre-Christmas and he came over to say hello and have a chat, he was great with my two lads.
Chuffed to have him and see him progress. Top lad.
