Was actually a good sub by Emery. Buendia did cause them problems and got on a lot of ball behind their midfield. Didn't use it all that well, mind.

I’m in agreement, and also feel better about today’s developments. I’d have more confidence  though that the ex-Dortmund thing was going to work, if there was some evidence that Emery already knew how to get the best out of Malen and Maatsen.
