That yellow on McGinn seemed to be blatant cheating. He's a very talented player but where does he play in our system?

£47m is a total piss take.
He was valued at £80m 2 years ago

Seems like 47 is the max number. If you separate the loan fee, purchase fee next year, and the add-ons it’s probably pretty reasonable.

From bbc gossip page citing Telegraph

Aston Villa are looking at a potential £21.25m move for Osasuna and Cameroon centre-back Enzo Boyomo, 23, as manager Unai Emery looks to bolster his defensive ranks

Is he Welsh Cameroonian?

How about, and this might be a wild idea, placing our trust in the men whose job it is to sign players?

There is a poster on r/avfc who posted about us going for Paqueta before I had seen it anywhere else, and he is stating that we are going for both him and Asensio. Obviously pinch of salt and all that shit, but he did seem to have the jump on everyone so he must have tickled the balls of an ITK somewhere. His correct predictions aside, I just don't see how that's very likely.

What on earth has happened with the RCB?! Were after the French kid who may or may not be going to Palace.

Not going to cut it having Bogarde cover RB and RCB when he's not even that good in either position.

I have a weird feeling Disasi is just going to turn up on loan again at 6.59pm on Monday.

Well it’d make sense - we’re talking about 3rd or 4th choice centre back. At centre back he’s fine, and him arriving creates no issues in terms of the Euro A squad registration.

Yes the squad registration criteria does make him seem logical to keep the wage bill at stable level.

Bournemouth have been linked to Disasi for a few weeks but nothing happened yet.

We can't play the next five months and potentially another 25 games with only Cash, Bogarde and Konsa as the serious options for the right side of defence.

Genuinely no idea on what is happening with Garcia. Injured/out of favour or actually going to get a serious chance. The reality though is he barely featured from April onwards.

There were wicked whispers that he'd fell out with the coaching staff in March/April and wouldn't play for us again.

That being the case you'd expect we'd have moved him on by now. So who knows.

Plays in the 'number 10' role, so would fit into our system OK I think.

Means we can let Buendia leave if a suitable offer comes in too. Paqueta only turned 28, 4 days ago.  I’m hoping this comes off. At least we know it can’t drag on for weeks, we’re not Arsenal!!

Why has my post about my intimate relationship with Dave W been removed?

Me and my Dad- I mean Dave. Dave, definitely not Dad.

Well our bond isn't important.

I dont think he does in the current 4231 however most the recent transfer moves could work well in a 433.

Paqueta being the buzzer along side a cruncher (Kamara/onana) and spreader (Tilemans).  Morgan on the right or left drifting into a 10 position and Malen/Guessand on the other side but often next to Watkins as a second striker.

25 years and counting Dave. When in earth has that been a consideration. We know best, always.

Normally would agree Dave but its been a crazy few transfer windows and we keep getting left with glaring issues in defence that never seem to be addressed.

I am also starting to get worried that there is a disconnect between Monchi and Emry with the fact we have a real talent who's been sat on his arse since Jan getting the odd 5 mins here and there. It makes no sense. Then paying 50 for someone almost 30 who's got a temper problem seem daft when we could have spent that money elsewhere.

Im hoping to eat my words come 7pm tomororw but there's a niggle.
