How is Guessand debatable? He's been here about three weeks.

In terms of who would have signed him - Monchi or Emery or a team effort!

Zaniolo suited the Prem , shame he went . As posted above there's been some questionable stuff in there up for debate . Hopefully we haven't peaked under Emery despite what it feels now .

Pretty sure we’ve peaked in the league, but hoping for some success in the cups.

Zaniolo was shite! He played well at Arsenal but very little else.

He suited the system , could hold it up a bit without being bullied and won loads of fouls .

It doesn’t feel like we’ve peaked under Emery to me. You’re acting like your speaking for everyone.

I remember him falling on his arse looking for free kicks and not getting them quite a lot. He scored a couple of crucial goals though, there was clearly talent there but he seems a nomadic sort who is difficult to coach over a sustained period.

That was his twin brother! He was great that day, gave Ben Orange a torrid time.

I have some sympathy with them on Zaniolo, we lost Buendia a week before the season start and presumably already up against it on budget they had to find a short term fix.

Signing a promising 18 year old for £6m is a decent strategy, the issue I have is that rather than them spending a couple of years out on loan to get ready for our first team modern football has us send them on loan for a year or two to fatten them up for selling.

I know we are stacked in the area so I understand it, but I am gutted about not seeing Enzo play for us. I reckon the lad has something.

Really? Based on watching him for Valencia?

Yeah, he was arguably their best player in the second half of the season. Maybe it's because he stood out in a weaker team, but I like his composure in that position. He stood out similarly for Frosinone (although I didn't see any of those games) but it was a similar situation. My gut is telling me something about him. I just think injuries when he was younger have delayed his career. Like I said, I understand it's not a position we need.
