Accusing other teams of ‘parking the bus’ is just wrong.

We are pathetically slow in our build up that every single team has time to get back behind the ball because we allow them too, not because it’s their intention.

Bloody hell, there have been 100’s of times we have broken with Martinez releasing the ball, broken to the half way line, with the opposition out of position, and then we have frigging turned back towards our own goal and slowed down the play.

It’s like we invite the opposition to get back.

We are just entirely incoherent in attack. Sign Asensio and also actually use our attacking players.

Unai Emery: "We have to improve, we have to clarify some things in the transfer window. We have enough players but we need to clarify some circumstances with some players whether they are staying or not, and the possibility of adding to help us."

That doesn't sound hugely encouraging. I was hoping we had done all our selling and that incomings were a certainty rather than just a "possibility".

It hints at a possible lack of coherence in transfer handing.

I think its more that noone wants to buy our players at the prices we want for them.  I would think there are 5 pr 6 players we would happily sell (but also happily keep) - and as such theres a lot of uncertainity.

Must be a certainty Buendia is off after today too.

Id be favour of a risky enough final week in the transfer window. The squad urgently needs fresh blood, if a couple of regulars need to be moved on to do it then so be it.

If everyone is fit we can't currently do a full match day squad of senior players. For a side that spent a year in the CL and are in Europe again that's not great. Today we had 2 keepers, 2 kids and Bogarde, who is still very inexperienced, on the bench and we were only missing Konsa.

I forget we have Barkley! Garcia is like Bogarde, hardly a senior player.

Everything feels pretty incoherent - Malen for instance, in a team lacking width still not starting after 6 months at the club. We’d rather stodge up and try to contain Brentford (and fail).

Clarify some circumstances with ‘some’ players is the line that concerns me. If its Beundia only fair enough, but some players indicates it could be more than one, who else is there other than players that are integral or we have no cover for. I wouldn’t be massively upset if Cash goes in terms of he’s well reached his peak, but we don’t really have replacement. If its Watkins or Martinez at this stage, the gig is truly f**ked.

I would guess it's Cash and Rogers.
