Isn't Jackson similar in style to Malen. Not quite a striker, not quite a winger. An inside forward in days gone by?

I think Barkleys fine - also looking at his injury record - I think it just seems like his injuries only happen when hes with us - the rest of his career isnt bad

There was a few times last season when Barkley came off the bench when we needed a goal and he had a positive influence on getting it.
That’s probably a hell of a lot of money for something that happens a few times a season.

Doubt it, I suspect he’s on middling wages.

His goal against Leipzig probably paid for his whole transfer fee and contract

£60k per week - £3.1m per year isn’t too shabby

Akanji off to Galatasaray for 15 mil, would be a cracking signing for us but assume his wages are out of our budget.

That’s pretty middling in the context of where we are.

Didn't he shank it? Think he/we need to thank the Leipzig deflector (African Car Reverser's nemesis).

Crazy to think how little he’s played for us on the back of such an excellent and healthy season at Luton

I'd say that we could do with a few more 20 yard shanks rather than playing the ball across the midfield for five minutes only for Cash to cross it into the stand.

🚨 Agreement in principle reached between Aston Villa & Girona for Alex Moreno — medical tomorrow.

Remember that video of the South American lads all have a good laugh. Diego coming through the window or something. Now just the Emi’s remain.
