I'll go for Konsa, Mings and Digne.

Not sure which players will get injured in the second half.

Not a cards expert but I feel that both of those are considered disappointing outcomes.

This cup should be priority number one now. We've fucked the league up good and proper and have only a minimal chance of winning the European Cup. Full effort and selection in for a cup we haven't won in donkeys now.

The poor league form will be forgotten if we go on and lift the Cup.

A far from free flowing 2-1 win.

I guess we'll go with the following

Olsen
Garcia Konsa Mings (Bogarde) Maatsen
McGinn Tielemans
Bailey Asensio Rashford
Malen

Id probably go with this. Massive game really given the opportunity it provides. I think theres pretty much no doubt Olsen will be in goals, which always makes me nervous. Cardiff will be well up for it, which also makes me nervous, we need the first goal which we often find difficult.

Anyway i think its difficult for Unai to pick a really weakened side these days.

Olsen (presuming Emi’s not fit)
Garcia
Konsa
Mings
Maatsen
Bogarde
Tielemans
Asensio
Rashford
Malen
Bailey

I saw on Twitter that Cardiff will be looking to rest players on Friday due to injuries and the upcoming schedule.  Academy players may feature.

They will still score with their first shot.

If thats case and we go out i and many others will not be happy.
.if we go strong we should have too much for them.

Olsen, Garcia, Konsa, Mings, Maatsen, Bogarde, McGinn, Bailey, Asensio, Rashford, Malen

Can see a bit of a struggle in all honesty. Any kind of win in 90mins with no injuries would be ideal.

Exactly what I think it will be, shame we can't give McGinn a rest but there are not many other options, other than Ramsey in centre mid, but I've never seen anyone play him there before.
