Never in doubt. That was a 2-1 battering.

Asensio oozes quality and composure. Looking forward to watching him over the next few months.

Almost the exact opposite of the Spam match where with this one we were dominant apart from about 15-20 mins in the second half.

A neutral would say it was a comfortable win, but it should have been loads more. McGinn MOTM for me. Asensio and Rashford looked promising.

Also, two local lads with the goals. Feels like that's a rarity these days.

Customary goal conceded, but other than that I thought we were excellent. Much sharper and inventive than we have been of late. Rogers was superb, and Bogarde did really well. Also very impressed with Malen.

If that was a taster of what’s to come from Asensio and Rashford they’re going to be great.

Aston Villa bringing sexy back in 2025.

JJ needs to work on his finishing…sooooo wasteful today and should have had a hatful.

It's ridiculous how much room Ramsay had at times.

All 6 of the attacking players involved today looked lively and dangerous. Ramsey should've had a couple more but the movement and interplay was on another level.

Of course it was only spurs and they were all over the place at the back but the signs are that we're going to be fun to watch for the next few months.
