Spurs are shit but Sunday will be their last chance to save their season. You’d imagine they’ll be up for it.

Actually forgot about the Europa League.

When is their next game in that?

Same week we play as they were top 8 as well.

Ah shame, I thought they might prioritise that if they had to play sooner.

Watching Spuds tonight, you can see that if you press them high then they don’t seem to have a clue. So, I suspect that on Sunday, we will instead persist with us playing walking football at the back, just to give them a bit of a chance.
In addition I see their new player, Tel, has come on. He will want to get off the mark fairly quickly so I think I’ll stick a cheeky fiver on him to score and the match ending in a draw!
No replays ?

Bet would still be valid for draw.

I think I'll revise my 3-1 win to a 6-1 or 6-2 one.
Similar to Celtic and how should have scored at least 6

Rashy gets a hatty!
I haven't decided upon or seen any signs for other scorers

Up The Villa!

So three seperate places a rash has broken out on your body was obviously one sign. If you have a sex dream between now and the match, will that be a sign Rogers gets one?

With there having been set transfer windows for several years now, isn’t it time to dump the rule about players being ‘cup-tied’ ?

Rashy gets a hatty!

I’ve just done a bit of sick in my mouth seeing this line.

Yep, what a load of wind-up bollocks.

Ange always wins a trophy in his 2nd year and Tottenham always win cups when the year ends in a one. There’s more chance of the latter.

Rashford isn't match-fit, Asensio not much better, Ollie is injured and Malen is unproven. We're gonna be blunt as fcuk in attack. Imagine Leon Bailey as your centre forward...yikes.

Olsen only has until the end of the Season left on his contract doesn't he? So not like we need to curry favour with him.

Play Martinez, he's a million times better.

Can't see why we wouldn't go as strong as possible for this one to be honest?  Defence is potentially still going to be a problem this week, but apart from that, we should be almost at full strength (only really Barkley and Watkins missing) and will have some firepower on the bench as well.

I can see it being something like:

Martinez
Bogarde
Konsa
Kamara
Digne
Onana
Tielemans
Ramsey
Bailey (I wouldn't but can see it happening)
Rogers
Malen

Subs to include (don't know how many you're allowed in tne Cup):
Olsen
Garcia
Maatsen
McGinn
Asensio
Rashord

I think you should keep it, tbh not sure why UEFA got rid of them in their competitions.

The thing is, the FA cup starts in August, so to do away with the cup tie rule would affect all sorts of teams, and it could be manipulated, as the early rounds are decent money for the smaller clubs.

I would hope the fact Disasi was cup tied was a factor in knocking down the loan fee, as we could claim he can’t play in 2 of next 3 games.

So both Rashford and Asensio are likely to be match fit for games to be played in March / April?

It would be madness to be paying two players £600k a week and not play them every game. They'll both start on Sunday.

How do we know they aren’t fit? Sounds like we’re looking for problems that might not exist.

Yep. It's bollocks. It actively discriminates against English players, too, as makes teams more likely to sign players from abroad. How does England benefit from a rule that, last year, prevented Morgan Rogers from playing matches?
