Maatsen has done well, we keep finding him with that long diagonal and he's had some decent crosses.

Yes, thought it a bit of a curious sub as Digne was doing OK, but IM has certainly been lively

Just tuning in as I’m on the nightshift tonight to New York, and can’t sleep anymore.

Reading this thread, it sounds like 1st half was dreadful and the 2nd is much improved. But we’re having “a villa day” where we’re just not going to score at all.

And we’ll get hit by a 2nd at some point. Because that’s the rules.

Come on Villa.

we did , VAR cancelled it .. terrible decision

Is anyone surprised about this performance and score? Really?

We should be moaning about that as much as Arteta did last week.

This is where we're too nice.  Liverpool, Man Citg, Arsenal would have all their players surrounding the referee,  but our players meekly accept it

Does the decision get changed if we act like a bunch of knobs about it?

Puts more pressure on them for the next decision.

That would be a bit of a let down.

Given pretty much every Arsenal match is followed by their supporters blarting over another supposedly terrible decision that didn't go their way, it clearly doesn't.
