Jesus Christ. The witching hour (well… 5 minutes plus injury!) is upon us.

Watkins is our best striker in decades , give him a break. You have to make chances to miss then and he makes plenty.

Decades??? I don’t think so

Since 2005? There's not much competition.

That’s not decades then.

Better than Benteke, Gabby, Dublin. Going back to Saunders to find a better player.

Going back to Saunders ? Haha. Yorke! Platt?

Is 8th enough?

Yes. We need to not concede and hope Barca score/ don't concede.

Benteke and dublin were better finishers than ollie in my opinion

But not better strikers.

I’ve not had this tense a feeling since that relegation avoiding game at West Ham a few years ago

Yep real sphincter twitching stuff.

Aston Villa have dropped to eighth, and have one of the winners of Sporting or Club Brugge vs Dortmund or Atalanta awaiting them in the last 16.

Villa's fate is out of their hands, though. Another Atalanta goal at Barcelona would drop them in to the play-offs.

Yorke, Benteke, Ollie. Easily the best 3 stikers of the last 30 years.

I'll give you Yorke. Platt wasn't a striker - super player though. Still decades.
