His agent is probably texting him the same thing.

Ref should have booked Alvarez on the Cash incident.Everything escalated after that

Kudus clattering tielemans and it being waved on was the trigger for me. After that he lost control.

Absolute idiot refereeing.

He was right over it as well.

If he misses those he has no chance.

Great start to the game, so nice to see us playing with speed and going at the opposition. Tailed off thereafter and the Mings injury looked bad - I hope Ty is ok.

The ref is a twat.

The really good news is that Drury is not on comms on NBC today, yay :)

Good first 10 minutes after that, shite.

Austin wotshiface can do one as well. When's the last time we executed a decent set piece?

He walked off so hopefully not too bad.

Don't think it means much.

He's done his cruciate again imo.

Okore once played on for ten minutes or so after doing his, as did Mings himself the last time he did it. He walked off then too.

His face said it all.

Season over imo.

Sitting at the front of the Holte, it happened right in front of me.  From the kind of impact it was and where he was holding after, looked more like an MCL injury.

Fine goal by Ramsey, can he finally kick on for us. So sorry for Mings but we really ran the risk of him breaking down again with the schedule of games.

I do get the impression that Unai is seriously set on left footers being at LCB and vice versa. He'd probably rather play Bailey at LCB than put Konsa there.

Well bizarrely Potter has turned them into annoying cheating twats

And as usual we need some defence against the dark arts.
Expecto Paqueta to get booked.

Yes, expel the anus.

Great first 15 mins been horrid since then.  Worried that mings thinks its serious.

I know we’re all bemoaning seeing Carlos going without any necessarily coming in but that’s the challenge that these rules do.  Carlos is too expensive on wages and not quite good enough so the club just can’t afford it.

Obviously being Villa we come unstuck but it’s the fine line that needs walking - rather than bad planning

The one Watkins nearly scored from?

You can only lead horses to water, the nags have to imbibe from the troughs themselves.

great 10 minutes , then seemed to take our foot off the gas and then the Ty injury and put us all over the place a little.

Like posters have said a reset at half time , kind a match we need the thrust and passion of SJM on , a few need to get back into the game and Luca at CB isnt working.

Lee Hendrie's everywhere on Sky these days. Good on him.

You can tell he actually watches us.

You'd think it would be a given for a pundit.

But listen to Paul Merson, Richards or Clinton Morrison and it ain't necessarily so.
