Cannot even comment on the defence or midfield really when they have clearly been told (again in the cup) not to bother . I mean leaving Martinez out and playing Olsen tells you everything about how Emery treats these cup games . Remember Stevenage it's just as bad

Come on, I think the general consensus is that’s a far stronger team out there than anyone expected. Only one is Olsen, I can’t see the point in resting a keeper, although Emi has been carrying a knock but that’s it.

Martinez would have easily stopped the goal by being in balance in when shot incoming. Its a bit what we are at the moment with the early goal against and all. Kamara quality for us also Tielemans me thinks as they are behind most what we manage offensively.

Nah that’s not on Olsen.
Agree Olsen hasn't a lot to do really
One save , which he almost spilled to Ings who luckily was straightening his wig instead of following up

Playing like a team conserving their energy for the league and CL games ahead this month. Feel sorry for those in attendance.

Thing is we’ll rock up in the league and play like this too.

We desperately need to change our whole approach.

Hope that was not our good half. Always a reason why we struggle, Potter has organised the team, Blah,Blah
Real reason being that we are often not good enough and sometimes our tactics are crap

I said earlier I hate the fucking FA Cup.

It looks like the players do, too.

Those by me in the Holte who’ve obviously don’t come often can you please not come back.
Yes it’s not good but booing and moaning throughout the first half isn’t support.
Understandable really, not one for the booing myself

Indeed, it’s too easy to keep scapegoating him. He’s the least of our problems tonight

The worst half under Emery by a long way.  Shit in every way.
You didn’t see Leicester first half last week

I never boo, but I''d have been sorely tempted after that first-half.

Our players now both look like they don’t know how to defend nor have a plan of attack. Got to say Unai it’s pretty poor quite a lot at the moment.

Watching the older players go round the pitch waving.  Some of our modern players couldn't get near them.  The heart of Mortimer, the pace and trickery of Daley.  The class of Bremner.

Wake the fuck up modern Villa.  Stop being so passive.
