It's nothing to do with cups.

That's a strong line up. It's to do with being a really poor side for an extended period of time.

In fact, if it were to do with it being the cup and us playing stiffs, it'd be much better. This is us trying really hard with our best players out there.

The only positive so far is West Ham haven't yet put the tie to bed, but this has one of those "we could be play all night and not score" aura about it.
