What an absolute festival of terribleness.

When did we become so utterly average?

Since we are still starting with players signed under the Bruce and Smith eras.

Wasn't this supposed to be the easiest of the 8 games in the next 4 weeks?

Our best player so far was signed under Carpethead, though.

The problem is their very very very low block means we have no creative players to crack it.  Maybe Buendia can do a job?

Ref blows up so we can't take corner . Prick

Under no obligation to extend added time.
They generally do though , had that Been say Liverpool they'd get the chance to take the corner

If he had form and fitness he'd be who I look to. But he can be anonymous too. Do we have any youth prospects with a bit of hunger, willing to try?

Managed to get a stream and watched the first half hour.

Thought it was running in slow motion at first.

Definitely a game for insomniacs.

Our right-side is awful. That said, Digne need someone in front of him, Ramsey seems to be playing more central.
We need pace.

This. I really like Bailey but he’s been really poor. His best option is to get his head down and go at the full back but he cuts back every time straight back into traffic while cash offers very little.
The biggest issue is the lack of intensity though. They’re here to frustrate so if we pass it slowly hoping that a space will open up then we will likely remain frustrated. We need to move it quickly, open up the spaces and have the full backs or a central runner breaking the lines to overload them.

What an absolute festival of terribleness.

I’m sure we are always rubbish over the festive period, however we’re over that now, my decorations are down so it’s time to crank it up.

Konza likes to let it bounce these days.

He's hiding from taking responsibility.

Bit of a lively finish at least. Very pedestrian half which to be honest I don't mind. Leicester are very limited so it won't take much to beat them.

Positives, Cash has been solid again, thought Watkins should have done better with that chance he made for him. Kamara and Mings have been fine.

Negatives, Bailey is having a nightmare but so bad we have to keep faith with him. Barkley far too slow in and out of possession. Game has passed Ramsey by since he came in. McGinn limping off far from ideal.

Id bring Maatsen on at left back at half time. We need that threat to get in around the back to break these down. Buendia at some stage might come in too.

Wheres that diaby chap when you need him?

The exact player that would make a difference today. God hopw we sign malen soon we need pace in this team.

Bailey playing like he is hungover
