lots of Americans seem to think that you fight inflation with tariffs, lots of people seem to believe in the Rapture, lots of people even seem to be of the opinion that the earth is flat.

People like Coldplay and voted for the Nazis, you can’t trust people.

Me, too. It ruined what was an almost perfect performance, aside from the extra goals we should have scored.

Unfortunately Lucas Digne trod on the ball. Really annoying but shit happens as they say. On a positive note they needed that big stroke of luck to score a goal against us.

And better to do it 93 minutes into a game we still win than something that makes a difference.

I think it would of been a different game if Haarland was picked to play  ;)

Rumours around that he is unhappy and would welcome a move - thats a shame

Guardiola is like a chef at a top restaurant. He can use whatever ingredients he wants because money is no object and he can then turn that into something spectacular. However he's never had to make do with whatever he can find in a food van where all that matters is getting stuff out quickly.

He's still a great manager but you can only play the way he does with world class players who all buy into it and are known their jobs inside out. What he's found is that without Rodri he doesn't have anyone who can do that essential job in midfield and he can't seem to get anyone to join as cover because of how he fucked over the last guy who he tried.

Guardiola, good manager who wants to play a certain way and is given all the tools he needs to do it.

I'm sure there are others out there, who are, or were, able to do the same but weren't afforded the luxury of the richest clubs with almost limitless funds to execute their plan.

Many are trying to copy his style of play but are less successful because they don't have the resources to do it successfully. It's looking like his brilliant system will only work if he has the best tools (read that whichever way you wish) to execute it.

Does that then, make him the best manager ever? Or would you look at other examples who have built a whole club, academy etc and brought young players through as well as buying the better players to do it?

So many of the best teams need at least one of the best players in order to be successful, though you need a good manager to do it too.

The “sacked in the morning” chants from the Holte on Saturday were almost as satisfying to hear as the “ Fergie Fergie on the dole” chants from Christmas 35 years ago.

That’s exactly what I thought! Happy Christmas Chico!
