I don't see Brighton winning today. Howe needs a result badly and would even talk up a draw. If they do win against the Saudi's I'll start to get a little nervous.

Leeds' result last night has the headlines saying they are "almost certainly safe".  They are above Newcastle.  If Leeds are still at risk, then so are Newcastle.  They're motivated alright, but Brighton are the better side at the moment.

Not sure if this is the right place for this observation:

10 years ago today Leicester won the title as a result of Spurs only drawing at Chelsea.

That season, Spurs finished 3rd and we were  relegated  - bottom of the table with only 17 points, half as many as the two other relegated clubs - Norwich and Newcastle.

Next season:

Leicester- Div 3
Spurs - Div 2?
Villa - Champions League?
