We are massively fortunate David Brent manages Chelsea.

It won’t be enough unless we stop playing so pathetically.

For sure.

We have seen to be fair under Unai that inexplicable bad runs of form can equally inexplicably turn into good runs of form. Praying to the Dark Gods for a "where did that run come from?" end of the season.

Only Spurs, Leeds and Forest worse than us over the last 5 games.

Think Europa is our best hope.

We're 18th in current form for the last 10 league games and have scored 2 league goals in a game twice in 2026. And we look like we're getting worse. I'm a lot less confident than I was 2 months ago.

Just said this on another thread - creation of chances has been a problem all season. Even when we were on our good run we were outperforming our underlying numbers - by doing really well from outside the box. But we don’t produce enough, and if we’re not confident and pinging in unlikely goals from range we don’t really have much.

The attacking set up, as well as the personnel aren’t working. I don’t really see what we’re trying to do when we go forward.

Just imagine if Watkins had chimed in with some goals. We're at least 10 goals short; which would have pretty much nailed a top three spot

That's more like it. Too much throwing of towels in on here

Just imagine if he’d been dropped months ago and Malen banged the goals in like he does for Roma.

Don’t worry about it on here - it’s what’s looks like it’s happening on the pitch for the last month on so. That’s the problem.

I think we will reset and grab the wins we need. I also think Chelsea will be inconsistent.

Edit, it's more the 'armageddon' attitude here I am rferring to. That it will all go to shit if we finish 6th or 7th. I don't buy into that at all. We have fought our way back into the conversation as a top club, have recently played in the champions league Q/F and have plans to get to 50,000. Also, if Spurs drop, there is one 'big six club' gone for a year. We will be in better shape than we were in 2022 whatever happens.

Should be a good chunk of points from the next 6, but based on current form i'm not as confident as I should be

West Ham (H)
Forest (A)
Sunderland (H)
Fulham (A)
Spurs (H)
Burnley (A)
Liverpool (H)
ManC (A)

I know what your general point is but surely the above is the absolute lowest of low bars.

We've won 3 league matches in 2026 and our final league match before April is against a team that desperately needs a win. See Wolves if you actually believe it's going to be four?

Since 2026 spam have only lost away to Liverpool and Chelsea. Make no mistake they'll be leaving with at least a point to shatter the remaining believers hopes even further.

Yeah, listen, maybe 2010 is a better exmple.
