Who was at fault there, Carlos or Martinez ?

Martinez sees it all develop so should have come out and headed it clear. But Carlos and Konsa should have blocked off the forward from getting near it.

Emi. He has to own that situation. That's absolutely pathetic stuff.

I think Carlos should just clear it even if Emi calls for it. If in doubt clear it out then Emi doesn't have to make a decision.

Awful goal to concede.  Just left it to each other and didn't seem to know the striker was there.

Sorry but Watkins is having another stinker.

Really? Assist for our goal and set Tielemens up for what should've been the second.

Conceded two goals from open play in this competition, and both of them absolute fucking howlers.

I think that’s on Martinez. Boils my piss at times.

Yep, that's why I blamed Carlos at first, but Emi has to see the danger and not let it bounce.

I think he was expecting Carlos to clear it.
It was Carlos that didn’t see the striker not Emi.
