We need to show that we’re capable of committing against the top teams.  So far haven’t laid a glove on the sky 6.  That needs to change soon otherwise the season is going to get away from us

Rogers undroppable it seems

So it would appear. I fear the faith in Jaden is misplaced too, not sure many of the players have faith in him either. Seems to be a reluctance to pass him the ball.

Are the line-ups announced more than an hour before kick-off now? Game's gone.

75 mins before kick-off this season. Have a couple of caipirinhas and you won't care about it, or the result.

Philogene might be better than Bailey defensively in a game like this. I dont know who Chelsea have up front left but I can see them trying to make attacks from there so hopefully Philogene and Cash find their feet well. Hopefylly Watkins get a couple I think his form have been promising last games.

Probably Sancho.

Going to be a very difficult game, they have threats all over the pitch now compared to last season.

We'll lose this at least 3-1 I fear.

We've played OK v Liverpool and Arsenal but didn't take our chances.  When Watkins gets his customary 2 or 3 chances he needs to take them today.  Do that and we can win this.

I actually thought Bailey was a bit better against Juve , not the bailey of old but made a chance for mcginn who should have scored , everytime Rogers got the ball he lost it and was pretty dire .  I suppose without JJ naybe theres no other option but maybe Barkley and push YYouri further , lets hope Jaden has a similar munich game.

They’re playing 3 at the back so will be pressing high
Could get a world record of pass backs to the goalkeeper from Konsa

Time for Philogene to show he's a Premier League player today.

The fact that Philogene is playing at all shows how desperate we are for quality down the flanks.
