Totally opposite experience for me trying to get out third. Logged in before 9 and exactly at 9 got thrown out and placed in a queue for 9.30 start. What's that about?

That happened last week, too. It was not too bad from half nine, though.

Yes that happens as well as the one's you click on are in another basket. Usually I pick others and it works.

What doesn't make sense to me that apparently 25k tickets went in the first criteria, and around 3800 members in the second. That would suggest only around 2k season ticket holders left this criteria but apparently it's almost sold out. Must be a fair bit of hospitality and more STHs than expected didn't attend any cup games.

All the best to those ST holders in the queue. My wife just managed to get me one back home while I'm on the train back home from the night of all nights. Special thanks to Amfy and others who made suggestions and offered help. See you in the semi.

My son's got sorted earlier. I logged in and had a look at Block 509, £30 tickets, up in the stratosphere, at 0940 and there was literally 3/4 of the allocation left. There was about 3 singles left half an hour later.

Ridiculously pain free getting our third ticket this morning! Somehow managed to log straight in and buy one at 9am!
My lad logged in and said it didn't start till 9.30,

Just over 300 left in the top tier now including a few pairs & groups. I actually thought it would sell out early today but it looks like Martin might have been OK later!

That happened to the other 2 that were trying (for the same ticket) but not me! I had the ‘buy’ tab already open and just selected and paid. Got confirmation immediately. This happened to a few people on the first day of sales too. It’s weird!

Thanks Olaf, all sorted now but, closer to God than the actual pitch!!

Very helpfully it seems some HS2 work has been brought forward for that weekend so there are no direct Chiltern trains from Moor Street.

Amfy, If I'm the Martyn you're talking about, I got a £60 ticket lower down just away from the corner along the side (Row 22), courtesy of my wife. So, thanks again. Good luck to all those still trying and hope you all get one.

I saw that you got one, it's just that there are still a few even now, so you definitely would have got one regardless.
It actually sounds like you are really near us tbh!
When I got our extra one today there were none in the lower tier although I got straight in at 9. It seems like they released a few more in the lower tier when today's tickets went on sale 'properly' at 9.30.

I had one in my basket in the same block as us at 9am - was then kicked off the site and eventually got a lower tier one behind the goal at 9:30am.
