Got in. Selected a block. Put in the 'robot' code then kicked me out saying window opens at 9.30. As I'm sat in a hotel in Paris waiting to sort this then get to the Eurostar to get home less than ideal.

I maybe made the mistake of pressing refresh when things were going slow after I had selected seats...maybe if you had greater perseverance you were ok

Absolutely fucking useless Villa. Every time they do this and don’t put in enough sales criteria it’s always the same. I mean I’m retired so it doesn’t matter to me that I’m hanging round for 30 minutes but if you’re at work what are supposed to do. I mean I’ll get a ticket but it shouldn’t be this fucking painful.
