Yes. I thought your other half had a ST there.

He hasn’t because he goes to so many Villa games with me! My MIL has, and he is actually currently using the ST of a friend that recently died so he is sorted. He has got his and his mum’s this morning.

But - I actually qualify under my own steam for a PNE ticket for this game! It already open to members who’ve been to one previous FA Cup game and I have been to 2! I can actually get 2 tickets myself in  the PNE end - no need to rely on anyone else! (Tbh - I am on hold right now!) I really would so much prefer  a Villa one though!!

I'm not going to be very happy if members are given priority over season ticket holders if we get to Wembley...

I wouldn't worry, but if they give priority to members who've been to the previous rounds of the FA Cup, over a season ticket holder who hasn't attended any FA Cup games, then I'd think that sounded quite fair?

Like Amfy said, it should have gone down to one game.

Not so sure about that, you could have tix going to people who had attended 4 games over ST holders who had been to 19?

I suppose I must declare an interest here as I've only made one of the FA cup games.

Not really. Season tickets cost hundreds of pounds. You could attend three FA Cup games for a fraction of that price.

This system just encourages people to buy tickets for matches they can't attend which means people miss out on tickets while there are empty seats in the ground!

Exactly! West Ham was a stupid Friday night KO & we had tickets for Peter Kay that night. Despite Spurs being late on a Sunday and & Cardiff being yet another Friday night, I have been to 2 out of 3 from 130 miles away.

If I’d known that it was all or nothing, I would have bought tickets for the West Ham game despite knowing full well I wasn’t going.

Heard bad reports on Kay, he's not bothered about putting the work in anymore.

You know what, I'll retract it. I haven't got a horse in the race anyway. I can sense a post like that will just irritate and I don't want to start an argument.

I get what everyone says.

Not arguing with you Drummond. I can see the sense of giving people credit for attending FA cup games so it's a fair point to make,  but not writing off ST holders for missing just one.

Any one can have a good reason for missing one game, & a lot of people can make just 3 that haven't been to anywhere near as many as I have.

Its all fairly moot anyway as it won't get beyond the third criteria.

You havent said anything wrong tbh

This kind of scenerio will always upset both sides  no matter the outcome. ST HOLDERs will feel they should take priority whole some members will feel they matter as much.

I think they real annoying factor to get mad about is how many tickets is given to corporate instead of the fans.  Even if they gave us 37k and 37k to our opponents  still enough for  the corporate  fat cats

I know, but that's the same throughout the season. There are season tickets out there that aren't legit, the same as away tickets and things changing hands.

I've only every wanted to see us win the cup but couldn't get to the games so far because of stupid KO times. I know my place , but I'll be as pissed off as anyone when I can't get one to the final, especially after last time.

It's far from moot if we get to Wembley and season ticket holders can't get tickets while people who've been to three FA Cup games can.

But that won't be the case will it?
